Trees and Shrubs are guaranteed for 1 year from purchase date when purchased with:

• A minimum of 1 bag Bumper Crop Soil Builder and 1 bag Bio-tone, or the recommended amount for the quantity of plants purchased. 
• All items must be on the same receipt.

• GOOD TO KNOW:

• All returns must be accompanied by the following:
• the original receipt or customer purchase history
• dead plant or recent dated photo
• plant tag

• Warranty covers a one-time store credit of 100% of the purchase price. No cash refunds.

• Trees & Shrubs covered by this warranty must be planted in the ground.
• Warranty does not apply for dead plants under the following conditions: 
• trees and shrubs purchased at a 50% discount or more
• trees and shrubs planted in containers
• lack of proper horticultural care (eg watering, fertilizing, etc.)
• extreme weather events (eg storms, floods, etc.)
• frost
• drought
• animal browsing

• Warranty does not guarantee inventory of identical plant varieties.

• Blue Spruce, Buddleias, Boxwood, Caryopteris, Crepe Myrtle, Hemlocks and Roses are not covered under warranty.
