Bottles & Bites

Join us for a relaxed evening of wine, small bites and good company at Bottles & Bites!

We’ll be pouring a selection of our favorite Passiflora Springs wines, each paired with delicious bites prepared by Shady Elms Kitchen. Throughout the evening, you’ll taste, learn and discover what makes each wine and food pairing work.

The evening will be led by Adam Knoerzer, founder of ‘Burghundy LLC and a Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers. Adam is an independent wine educator, writer and consultant who helps design wine programs throughout the Pittsburgh area and frequently shares his wine expertise on Talk Pittsburgh on KDKA/CBS Pittsburgh.

He’s also the reigning United States champion of the Wines of South Africa Sommelier Cup, where he competed against more than 250 wine professionals before representing the U.S. in Cape Town, South Africa.

Come ready to sip, savor and learn as Adam guides us through the wines and pairings. Whether you know your way around a wine list or simply enjoy discovering a good glass of wine with great food, you’ll find something to enjoy.

Tickets are $65 per person and include the wine tasting, small bites and a souvenir stemless wine glass to take home.
